Monika’s intelligent machine learning (AI) functionality enables the system to automatically scan, read, file and generate a payment request for invoices and other bills that need to be processed by the deputy. Examples of these could be local authority care contribution invoices, care home fees or utility bills. All of which represent time consuming administrative tasks that Monika automates to make court of protection teams more efficient and profitable. After an invoice has been received and scanned, Monika will understand who the creditor is, what the payment amount due is, the correct reference number, the payee bank account details and whether the invoice has already been paid or submitted for payment previously to prevent duplication.
